Sub prime lender but fair and friendly. I was allowed to defer a payment no problems when I had a bad month or unexpected expense that comes in the trucking business. They understand it happens and was more than welcome to help out. I financed 2 trucks through them and as soon as I made my last payment my titles arrived in the mail.

They said yes when everyone else said no...was a smooth transaction and the few times that I had to talk to anyone at Mission it was always pleasant and professional. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

I would give 5 stars but my experience with the rep in GA was very unprofessional almost ghetto. I literally would call California on purpose to make my payments. I felt like I was calling her home and I was an on time customer every payment. I know arrogant employees can feel like they owned the company at times and the corporate office needs to really not accept people like that working with their customers. With that said Mission enabled me to get my truck and business going when financing was limited at my then credit level. They are fair, professional and everything went pretty fast purchasing equipment. I hope to buy more equipment through them in the near future
