We have not had a great experience with them. We have been in underwriting status for 11 days with no new updates rather than it is still under review when we were told it would take 3 days. They told us twice we needed to provide 3 months of processing history which we told them both times, and before we even were submitted to underwriting, that we do not have 3 months of processing because we are a new start-up company and that was fine. So that should have not been an issue or a cause of delay with underwriting. We have looked for another company to use and they have already done way more than this company has.
