not very good at all customer service to your clients and the way the staff talk to customers in a manner they are trying there best to arrange with there payments still paying but the way you talk to them is disgusting may be have some compassion change your manner learn from the way you talk to people go do a course learn how to speak to people once the loan paid out will not use you again word by mouth goes long way to

Applied for a loan over 2 weeks ago. Took them 5 days to initiate contact after I recontacted them. First contact 20th April then next contact 27th April and I still dont have a loan or know where I stand. Hands down the most unorganized company I have ever had to deal with. They have asked for a bank statement when I signed up and then 5 days later they asked for them again. I bet they will ask for them again coz they're mucking around.
