If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! M & M Pawn advertised an item online that interested me so I drove to the store to examine it. Showed the clerk their online picture and he directed me to the item. It matched the serial number in the picture online and I decided to purchase. I was then told the purchase price was almost double in price than what was advertised online. The manager would not honor the online price even though the serial numbers matched. False advertising and unethical business practices. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!This has NOTHING to do with the drive. The exact item you advertised online was still in your store as the serial numbers matched and you refused to sell it at the price advertised. This has EVERYTHING to do with the dishonest shady business ethics you and your store practice. Shame on you.

This store by far is the best Pawn/Retail shop i have been to in Kyle. The owner and staff always greet me (and other customers as well) as i walk-in the door. The prices are well below retail and i always seem to find what I’m looking for. I went from purchasing a lot of goods to selling back some due to a layoff at work. They always ask what i need and try their hardest to get to my goal. I can’t say enough good things about the Money and More crew. All i know is that my family and i will never go to another pawn shop again and will never pay retail for anything.. That’s why I keep coming back.

Would be less if possible. They advertised a gun $389 online. The picture showed a serial number of the gun. We drove over 4 hours to see the gun. When we walked in the store, the exact gun with a matching serial number was $200 higher. When questioned, the lady said that they use one picture for multiple guns and the gun in the ad was gone. But the gun in the picture was in the store???Fair warning. They do not honor their ads. Shady dealer for sure.

Tried to sell my surface pro 3 and an HP pavilion 360 and can you believe they only offered me $160 for BOTH smh not happening!!!! What a damn joke!

Ordered from Amazon and they decided a 10 dollar game needed a signature and didn't even inform me of their decision. I suggest people buy from elsewhere unless you want your time wasted and rude customer service.
