My boyfriend went there to get all his taxes done for all the past years. He is a truck driver and took off to sign papers. He signed the papers and NO ONE worked on it or had the decency to call him and tell him why. I wouldn't recommend this person to NO ONE. They were friendly but after you go in and talk to them no one calls, answers questions or anything. The secretary don't know the answers and won't bother pulling a file to go look.
