Great company! I've tried several others and had problems every time. Was getting discouraged that I could find one that didn't give me issues. This company was recommended and I talked with them, explaining I wanted something simple to work with and would not be a problem for my clients. Moolah is great. No problems. Easy set up. And particularly good customer service at any time of day. Love their people! Really outgoing and friendly. You won't have any problems with these people!

I love Moolah,.. Finally a merchant account company that does what they say , and doesn't change the program on you down the road. They are always available by phone to help with any questions i have , which is so rare these days.. , and totally transparent in the fees they charge. Couldn't be happier.. I WOULD PREFER TO GIVE MOOHLA A NO STAR REVIEW. THEY ARE COMPLETELY IN THE DARK WITH THEIR PARTNER COMPANY (CLEARENT) AND CONTINUED TO CHARGE ME A NON COMPLIANT PCI FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL CONGRATULATING ME FOR COMPLETING THE COMPLIANCE. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR COMMITMENTS AND HAVE WITH HELD MONIES OWED TO ME ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS WITH NO EXPLANATION OR APOLOGY. I HAD TO LEARN THE HARD WAY THAT ONE NEEDS TO DO THEIR HOMEWORK WHEN SEARCHING A MERCHANT SERVICE PARTNER.MOOLAH AND CLEARENT ARE NO PARTNER. THEY ARE MOTIVATED BY GREED AND MONEY..DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND MOVE ON PAST MOOHLA, OR HOLD ON FOR THE STRESSFUL ROLLER COSTER RIDE.....

I started using Moolah about a year ago and couldn't be more pleased! They showed us how to run our credit card payments on the iPad and we love it! Installation & training was easy and if we ever have a question, they are readily available and helpful. Highly recommend Moolah!
