This bank is not run like a credit union, in fact, it's not even run like a credible bank. They have continously paid my pre-scheduled electronic payments late, rarely has the money been transferred when I scheduled it to. I also noticed that when I call it is very difficult to get a representative, I always get the machine and have to leave a message. Each time I leave my name and number but do not receive a call back for several days, if at all. Sometimes I have to keep calling until I reach someone myself. When my debit card was compromised I called them to cancel it. They waited almost 2 weeks to shut down the card because "they weren't sure if I was still using it." This incurred a bunch of extra charges that they didn't refund for over a week because 7-10 days us their policy, despite it clearly being their fault. The one star I do give it is for their interest rates: they're really good. Other than that, be careful with this bank, it's not worth the headaches it'll give you.
