Overall Feedback:
Not sure what happened but over the past few years this place has really gone down hill the customer service is lacking and the overall experience has been lackluster. I have been a member for 20 plus years and I am now closing my accounts and taking my business and money elsewhere. Welcome to 2019 where customer service and customer relationships are not priority #1. Sad.
