I had a bad first experience. After reading the response I received from the company I decided to go ahead and give them another chance I have a completely different experience this time when I walked in three different employees greeted me which I thought was nice to immediately were ready to help me in a third the third one ring me up and they were all available to answer questions I made a purchase and I left happy.

Just picked up $20 bucks in tools would have cost me over $150 at Ace so grateful for the friendly people working there they even let me know when things I like come up and I always use the layaway plan. Best part my kids love going with me they check out the movies & my wife likes looking at the guns. Win win for me love this place.
