Overall Feedback:
After 18 months of great payment history when the vehicle gets written off by the Insurance company check on the settlement calculator to work out how much will be paid to us as a refund once finance costs have been deducted.To find out later that they then charge you all sorts off fees including 2 early settlement fees which we were told all fees were included in the price quoted I will never use them again nor recommend them.
