MSA has been my mortgage holder for several years. They worked with me when I had wanted to mix a purchase with a building loan. When I recently refinanced because I originally had an ARM loan they gave me a rate better than any on Lending Tree or Quicken. I overpay my mortgage and they make sure it gets attributed correctly. I appreciate having a local place to do business than can compete with the national lenders. They know me (or it seems like it) and are always so nice.
