Gave Rachael the exact request with our existing monthly payment and Bryan come back with an aggressive loan which I specifically asked for something comparable with monthly payment. Most of Funding companies always says "Direct Lender which they meant Loan Shark :-)

Bryan was great to work with, they require a lot of paperwork to do the necessary due diligence which is great. There is no upfront fees which was important to us too. Even with the holidays the process was simple, little confusion but all was figured out.
