I'd give 0 stars, but you cannot post if you do. This place and it's owner is garbage. Natalie herself made an error on my taxes that cost me significantly 2 years later. Natalie offers to pay half for her mistake, but never does. This happen 4 years ago now and she still hasn't paid her half to which I'm responsible. Enter into her office at your own risk. Eventually, she will screw you and forget about her returning your calls to square up .

I've worked with this agency for several years and would recommend to anyone. They are always TIMELY, professional and most of all thorough and affordable. Can't go wrong here. I also like the fact that they take the time to answer questions you might have about the process.

Natalie has been preparing my taxes for the last 12 years and I have never had any problems or issues. I would never have my taxes prepared by anyone else. Natalie does an excellent job as a tax adviser and accountant.
