This credit union NEVER has enough people working. You will wait in line for 20 minutes - or more - EVERY time. Anything over 5 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE.The person who decides how many workers to have on each day should either get realistic or get fired.I hate how this credit union wastes my precious time!!! Today I was on hold for 20 minutes!+ One great thing about this credit union is the people who actually work here. They are VERY pleasant to work with.

The loans are denied unfairly. They obviously do not care about their account holders one bit. I feel as I was treated unfairly as they denied me for a loan of only $500 because of a hospital bill that happened when I was 16 and I am 25 now. I suggest if you need a loan do NOT trust them because if you have a hospital bill from when you were a MINOR they will hold it against you. Other then that the checking and savings accounts are the ONLY good things that natco has to offer everything else is a lie.

I have been a member of Natco since 1991, it's a great place to do business with, the only improvement I would make would be a debit card program for people who don't have or want a regular checking account.
