Scam company. Don't sign anything with them. High fees and as soon as you want to cancel the contract early they threaten litigation. We had one ATM machine with them and it was a nightmare to deal with. Highly encourage people not to agree to their standard terms. Lots of broken promises.

As a growing convenience store chain, we no longer wanted to have exposure to liability for loading our own cash in our machines. As we were shopping for a cash management solution with an ATM provider, we stumbled upon National Cash. We ended up contracting with their cash management program. We were worried about the armored car conversion as well as the vault bank change but they managed to convert seamlessly with no downtime at all. Their web portal provides us online access to view transaction activity and is pretty user friendly for some of us non-techie people here.

I own and operate an ATM route in Florida and use National Cash for transaction processing and all my ATM needs. Their tech support is pretty good and so is their after hours call center. They get ATM's and parts out to us in a reasonably fast manner. They have done a great job thus far, no complaints.

Our bank acquired a few shopping centers and as a result we inherited some old outdated ATM's that needed EMV hardware and software upgrades. National Cash Systems not only facilitated the ownership transfer but also managed to upgrade the ATM's. For the ATM's that could not be upgraded they recommended solutions and implemented them whereas the previous ATM company could not.
