I highly recommend National Home Finance to anyone considering a new mortgage. As a first time homebuyer I was terrified at what to expect from the process, and was totally surprised by how easy Marty and Mary made everything. During my initial consultation with Marty, I was educated on the various loan types and the differences between each which would affect my specific situation and the amount of money I would be putting down. Marty made his recommendation and I agreed. He provided a closing date that was a full week sooner than I expected it to be, and we did close on that date exactly. Communication was outstanding, every step of the way. At my closing, my attorney let me know that I had the lowest interest rate he had seen that week. I could not be happier with NHF, Marty, and Mary.
