I've been a member for 40+ plus years. Love the service. The unfortunate location prevents expanded ATM hours. Bit this is where we do most of our banking.

Drive thru time is INSANELY long. 30 minutes or more with 3-4 cars in front of me.

I'm always in and out pretty quick at this location- even when they have a pretty long line. - The only issue I have is when they are closed, the ATM has a lot of issues.

The staff is friendly and professional but the scheduling is terrible. The drive thru is always backed up because they only ever have one teller running both lanes. Seems like a waste of money to build a large facility and then understaff it.

My account got hacked and somebody tried to scan a fake check using E deposit so my account is blocked for 10 days until an investigation is done I got kids I got to feed and bills to pay not to mention being trapped in the snow 😡
