Work for a company that has to call merchant's banks to confirm routing numbers for domestic wire transfers, a simple two minute conversation to confirm a 9 digit number. I was given the nastiest attitude I've ever in my financial career have experienced.

Rude service while trying to cash my check. Told me i had to wait 10 days to use it. Time to find a new bank.
