Do not file an eviction through ncourt. Sooooo Slow. Take the time and go to the magistrate court.

Everyday for a week I tried to make a payment for a ticket I received from City of Atlanta. Every time I got to the terms of agreement page and clicked I agree, a circle would spin in the middle of the page and never move to the payment page. The service fee to pay online is $1.66 but because I was unable to pay online I had to make a payment over the phone. Surprise, surprise the service fee doubled to make a payment over the phone. Now $3.00 is not a lot of money but its the principle. If paying online is a payment option it should work and it there is an issue with your website, waive the extra $1.34.

Why on earth does the city of Atlanta do business with this company? Their website for payment processing has been down for ages, their call center staff can't help in any way... I got transferred 3 times (twice to a Spanish mailbox) until some one could actually tell me that the systems are down.

I caught a mistake right after I sent the info and I called them and they said it would take 24 hrs to know if the payment was rejected or accepted and I would have to pay another 22 $ dollars.... yea not happening will never use their service again. Called the court and the lady said they actually don’t ever tell people to use this online service bc they charge so much unfortunately the guy we spoke to did :/ .

No one ever answers the phone. I got a suspension notice for my license because they sent my money to the wrong police department.
