Oh my! I haven’t been to such an unprofessional place such as this in a long time. When I approached the window I wasn’t greeted so I asked the rep “How are you” and she just looked at me so I asked her again twice for her to answer me. Then what I needed to be done couldn’t per WU policy... perfectly fine but when she told me the policy she told me in such a rude way as if she was being defensive before she gave me a chance to simply reply with “ok”. I understand working in customers service can be hard but don’t come off ungrateful and rude to people. It’s shows your lack of character. I hope she and others who have such horrible attitudes learn that acting this way will keep them working behind that window longer than they wish too.

No stars!!! Ran by dummies. Anybody who has ever ran a check knows that rather a bank pays the check or not it gets a number on the back. The dummy who is supposed to be an area manager equates a number on the back to a mobile deposit. How would taking a picture of a check on your phone put a number on the back. Clearly the person went to a bank and changed their mind due to wanting the cash versus depositing

The Memorial Drive location The agent there today is very rude,nasty and unprofessional.She told me on 2 separate occasions,today and last month while I was physically in the office to take my business else where and she proceeded to hang up on me today in the midlle of a quote. I've been with you the company for almost 3 years.I think the company should send someone to monitor under cover and see 1st hand.How your business is being tainted with disappointment.The rates are cheap because the customer service is horrible.

The Worst Experience.... Only around neighborhoods that is predominantly black-cultured, do you see one attendant available for 10 people on like e waiting more than 20 minutes.... And to overhear the other people expecting this type of services, IS DISGUSTING and DISRESPECTFUL.... Hire more quality TALENT instead of trashy convenience... I will find out the ownershipof this establishment for better strategic planning and management!!!!
