Very rude when you contact them they don’t like working with you even after you try to communicate with them. They act as if it’s never a manager to speak to they lie about dates and time etc just poor i do not recommend them.

This has been the worst nightmare in all my life. I did not know this day and time s business could treat any human as bad as these people do. The day before my payment was due they locked me out of my car. They don't care where you are they just shut it down and to bad if you don't have a way home they don't give a damn. Then after they locked my car 7 days ago they took unauthorized funds from my account but my car is still right there where they shut it down. The car I got has been wrecked but suburban did not disclose that. To make matters worse I never received a title so I couldn't even tag it. The tag that is on it is expired, Muskogee police told me if they stop me again over the tag they will impound the car. So, I am a home health nurse, because they shut my car down I couldn't do my job so now I have no job and no car to find another car. If you are even thinking about buying a car my advice is stay away from this company and also suburban Chevrolet in Claremore.

My fiance got a vehicle from Nelson almost three years ago, we got close to paying it off and decided to get another one. We went right back to Nelson and they worked with us the 2nd time just like they did the first. I read all of these negative reviews and I just don't get it. Everyone is different and nobody has the same experience in life, but I just wanted to say that we love Nelson and we plan on going back in a few weeks to get me a new car.

This company has been wonderful so far. My credit is terrible and they got me into a car that I love for 900 down. I can’t help but laugh at these negative reviews. “They wouldn’t accept my partial payment” yeah, duh. Your full payment is due and your payments are due on your paydays so there is really no excuse. Make sure to budget in a car BEFORE you get one and make sure you can afford it. “I’ve had to put money into my car every moth and they know and don’t care” once again, duh. They weren’t the dealership who sold you the car. They just financed it. It literally has nothing do with them. Even if you had stellar credit and went through Wells Fargo or Chase bank and bought a brand new car, if it breaks down it’s not the financing company’s problem. It’s still your responsibility to make the payments.

We've had our vehicle for a little over a year now and no problems what so ever. Mu husband broke his ankle and ws asked to skip 1 payment and they were more than willing to help. Pay your payments and you shouldn't have a problem!

I spoke with Charlene and Macy Today they were extremely rude no customer service skills whatsoever I hate I purchased a car from them I don’t recommend anybody to go get a car from them I’ve yet to receive my title just over all bad bad bad bad experience I wish I could give a lower score
