Not 24 hours went tonight all lights were off was in earlier in the day trying to load money on a netspend card the guy said he couldn’t cause it wasn’t working told me to try back later I asked what the hours were and he said 24 hr

They don't cash checks that have been endorsed before you are in front the employee that works here that would make my check vulnerable to theft anyone can cash any check that hasn't been endorsed even if the check was not written out to them this is fkdup not gonna let them screw me into having my hard earned money possibly cashed by anyone if I were to misplace or have stolen bad way to treat people that just wanted to cash a check that was legal in every way and endorsed to me just I signed it before I got there waist of time and gas going here f u

As of late December 2018 an employee said they do not do Payday Loans (You can call to verify this) they are open 24 hours.

Don't places believe in customer service anymore? Tried to use this place twice and both times the employees couldn't figure out their system and both said come back when a manager is there..... went in the am and pm and there is never a manager there smh. I get this place is on colfax but not everyone trying to use your service is a drug addict

They always have some excuse or technical difficulty and cant cash paychecks. Like my friend goes in there with his paycheck tonight. O we have to wait till the morning to verify. Everytime we try using them its some bs.

You know I've been using them for about 10 years, they are always awesome, EXCEPT after ten. The ladie that is there at night is over the top rude! She does not greet you or thank you EVER, it's just strange that she is so adamant about making every experience so awful. I just want her to know that if she does not like her job or people she should quit, because it makes no sense to be that negative,it's not her money she is paying out. Sheesh
