Didn't even get in the door. Says they open up at twelve, and we sat and waited in the car for roughly a half hour until 12:30. Several other people were waiting to get in, while the workers inside laughed and taped a sign on the window stating "Will open later" and proceeded to laugh about it. Would leave zero stars if I could.

From time to time I clean out all my belongings and any watches or electronics I'll take to pawn shops just to see if they're interested before I throw things away or donate them. I had already been to another pawn shop that passed on a couple items I had, but this place was on my way home so I stopped anyway. One employee was kind and passed, but before I could leave another employee came over and was incredibly rude and demeaning. Will probably never go here again to buy or sell. 2 stars because maybe it would've been fine if that employee wasn't there.

so far i have had a great experience with this shop. I purchased a laptop when i had to go back to school so far its still in great condition. Now i am looking for xbox one kinect! hope you have it or get it in~

I’ve been extremely impressed each time I have gone into New York Gold Diamond & Pawn on East Henrietta Rd. If you have never been to a pawn shop and comfort is important to you , they always take the time to answer all my questions in a friendly, and honest manner . For those experienced shoppers , they carry a wide variety of name brand inventory at a excellent price ! No matter who is helping me out there , I find them to be consistent in having accurate and dependable knowledge on whatever it is I might be pawning, selling, or purchasing.

PURCHASE WITH CAUTION!!!!! I wish I could post a picture (won't let me for some reason) of this "new in box" Porter Cable drill I bought there. It has scuff marks from being used and this deep gouge ALL the way around the chuck plastic. I'm pissed

Hours have changed to a very limited time frame. Only open to 4:00pm, which eliminates anyone from going there after work during the week. Oh, of course got out of work early ,and you bet, closed at 2:00pm.

Horrible experience. I stopped in to buy something back during regular business hours and the doors were locked. Then i checked their website to see their business hours before my second attempt. I cut my work day short to make sure i am a few hours early before they close and of course! They changed the hours of operation! But did not change it on the website. They will never get my business again.

Absolutely worthless customer service. How do you have a laptop on the floor for sale, but, you have the incorrect power adapter for it. Spent almost and hour looking (unsuccessfully) for the right one. My mistake for paying for it first. Don't even get me started about their "Credit" option. Avoid this place like the plague.
