Recent changes to the Storey Avenue branch are difficult to comprehend. Replacing long standing employees with new staff who appear to have been instructed to act like Wal-Mart greeters, misses the point that local banking is based on confidence that comes from long term professional relationships. The acoustics of the facility allow private conversations to be overheard. Someone has been watching too many Capital One commercials.
