I would honestly give no stars if that were an option. This bank has cost me too much time and money. Their customer service is an absolute joke. You're charged fee after fee without any explanation or resolution, and you're just supposed to be okay with it. You can never speak to management, because they are always in training, but no one seems to be on the same page about policies and procedures. It's not worth the constant headache.
