customer service is a joke. My wife and i made all payments on time, but their system kept having an error and the would deduct a late fee, no email no phone call nothing. Bounce my checking account and then we call and argue and it takes almost a week to get the $40 back, and bank doesnt refund bounce fees.

I got a $200 loan that turned into over a thousand dollar loan! They took out money 6/6 6/9 6/12 double the amount 6/12 and told me i signed page 4 of the contract! Anytime i get a deposit they money out my account and it’s not even the account on file they took money from my debit card i had made a payment one time! DO NOT GOOOOOOOO HERE EVEN IF YOU NEED EMERGENCY MONEY STAYYYYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYYYYYY

Just don't. They are nothing short of crooks. If you aren't careful and don't pay attention to your bank account, 2 years will have gone by with them still debiting the minimum payment for a $400 loan. Then, when you try to pay the loan off, their website conveniently doesn't work, advising you to come back the following week to try again. Out of the payments you make, less than 2% AT ANY GIVEN TIME goes towards the principal. I have never heard of any type of loan like that. With that kind of practice, I have paid them over $1000 just for fees alone for a $400 loan. That's illegal. I did not sign up for this.

IAM GOING TO FULL BLOSN WARN ANYONE TO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY ! I borrowed $500 from them and now I OWE OVER 1200! Took out a loan for 495.00 this was three years ago. When I went back to read mostly why this was happening and why im still paying them back they said it's going to take ten years for me to pay them back thats 10,000 dollars I'm paying on a $495 loan how freaking crazy is this they should be shut the f*** down all day. Please this should be your last choice on trying to get a loan from them anyone should be better hopefully. Hopefully when I get the chance to finally pay them off they don't try to take my money if I'm done paying them off cause I'm hearing this alot that even though u paid them off for some reason they start taking your money again...if so lawsuit baby I know I'm gonna win !
