I came here to sell my 2007 Toyota Carolla. I was given a general idea of price through KBB and had a clean Carfax. When I came in without an appointment just to see what I could get as an estimate for having them purchase the vehicle, I met with a guy named Mark Jr. who helped me right away. I was very hesitant about the process of these places because I always think they will try to rob you, but I was so surprised and happy to hear and offer to buy the car from me $500 away from what I wanted. After some negotiable discussion, which was not high pressure, I sold it for $400 away from what I wanted. He also explained to me other options of selling beside using them such as independent, and was pleased since he offered to help me do so if I wanted to take that option. I ended up selling with them, got money right away, and the guy even offered to give me a lift home if I couldn't get a ride or didn't want to take an uber. I've since recommended two other people to go see them, and both ended up selling their cars, a Mercedes and Jeep, to buy new ones with his help and getting the best deal possible. If you are looking for friendly family owned that's no nonsense, I highly recommend. Guys are very helpful and answered all my questions and throughout the process I never felt haggled or rushed.
