The most retarded online banking!Compared to any other bank's website, they are the poorest feature & ugliest looking online website. Can't be a primary bank at all. Also, the walk in service is very retard and bad as the minimum wait time I had was 75 minutes, they even haven't setup an online appointment scheduler that they respect and honor. They kept my transferred money to pay my mortgage until I called screaming where is my money then told me "You should have told us to apply it towards your mortgage as it's not enough to just transfer it to it"!
