They're always polite and courteous with me. Sometimes I have to pay a few days late to work around my pay schedule, and they're always cooperative.

Efficient financial service, great help in time of need. Very bad customer service experience, I went to pay off my loan and the lady on the assistant manager desk was very rude. I suggested her to change jobs if customer service was not her thing.

Called on to get a loan started up , worker told me the to call back in 30 minutes. I then followed up and called the workers response was ,: YOU GOT DENIED ! YOU WILL RECIEVE A LETTER IN THE MAIL ! Very rude and unprofessional so I asked to speak to a manager. Manger then tells me : SOUNDS LIKE YOU WERE ANGRY AT HER TOO ! So my recommendation is to go to another more professional and respectful place that knows customer service then this loan company
