Avoid NASB for home loans. Terrible communications and just days before closing they come up with thousands needing to be wired to them. Didn’t even tell us, told our realtor.

I tried to cash one of their checks that I received from a auction house. They asked me if I has an account with them, I told them no, they said there will be extras fees, so I left and cashed it at my bank.

I would leave negative stars if it were possible One is too high of a rating for this branch I came in there the other day with a bunch can have discovered that supervisors and upper management are extremely rude people. I had sold a car and had a bunch of small bills and wanted to exchanged it for larger bills and this woman that had to have been some sort of supervisor or manager came over and started acting like I was a criminal or something and started asking questions like do I have an account here. I said no I said I just have cash and this is a bank and I just wanted larger bills anyway she proceed to use scare tactics and say well this has to be reported as if I was doing something wrong.Terrible location you can get better customer service at QuikTrip.
