Trailer was delivered on a Friday morning at 7:30 before business hours but the company failed to give the driver the title which the driver acknowledged as a mistake. The driver assured us especially since it was before business hours that a title would be mailed that day. Given the mistake the company made, you would think they would overnight, or at least priority mail the title. However, on Monday the company wasn't sure about the title being mailed and was unwilling to mail with any kind of tracking information. It is now Thursday, 5 business days (6 mailing days) later and no title. The salesman who was quick to insist we leave him a 5 star review so he could get a bonus is now not responding to calls or texts.
