Here's my experience: Went in for a collateral loan. Julie took a look at my item and gave a quote. The amount offered wasn't quite where I needed it to be. Julie suggested another place to consider. Before leaving I asked how long the quote would be honored. I was told until Monday of the following week. We went to the other place recommended, it was closed so we returned (less than 30mins) ready to proceed with a loan. DURING the loan process (I had already SIGNED some of the paperwork), Julie retracted her offer and lowered the amount significantly without any real reason. Very unprofessional and just strange. I'm still confused. It took me a car ride home to process what happened.Julie was sure to ask every customer in the shop for a review. She even asked us before we left to get another quote. I thought highly of her for caring to give us the name of another business but I'm extremely disappointed in her not keeping her word. Side note: A coworker recommended this place after a friend of hers had a good experience. Julie asked for my recommendation's first and last name. Which I thought was odd. My coworker wasn't even the one who did the transaction but I provided the information anyway. We eventually did find a place that gave us a fair offer AND honored the quote after we stepped away for 20mins to discuss AND completed paperwork all the way through. After we told the person what happened to us with North Scottsdale Loan and Gold and out of pity, they gave us gift cards on behalf of that horrible experience. lol Steer clear of this place. Visit was on Saturday August 3, 2019
