After reading other reviews I’m shocked because I’ve had nothing but excellent service from them! Very professional and when my husband had surgery to remove cancer they offered to let me pay only the interest that month and the remainder added to the end of the loan which was a huge help. We’ve dealt with the entire staff and all are wonderful. Mybguess is the other reviewers didn’t make payments on time and chose to wait til it was too late to tell them. You have to communicate! All companies and people need that!Great company and I look forward to getting another car thru them. PS- the car is amazing as well!
