I have banked with Numerica CU for years and I can officially state that I have had the best service from Numerica CU. I have banked with several well known banks and feel Numerica CU is the right one to have. Numerica CU has that small town bank feeling, very personal, friendly, secure. They always have coffee, and cookies on most occasions. The wait time is minimum for a teller and if it gets busy, you can see the tellers pushing themselves to speed up the service. This is definitely a bank to have fora lifetime.
