I've been with NXGEN for a year and a half and have to say its been a great experience especially compared to other providers. The service is great, Evan explains everything and nothing is hidden and he gives you the best deals and the unit works great. If you're looking for a new POS provider or fed up with your current one, then definitely go with NXGEN

I started looking into credit card processing services about a month ago. I clicked on one of the many links that come up when you google, I filled in a short form with my contact info, I then got busy and forgot about it.During the next few days I got several calls from a sales rep that was following up on my inquiry and every time she called I was busy. She was persistent without being pushy, she accommodated to my schedule and did not take offense from my requests to call back later.This rep's name is Jennifer S. and she is the best thing that could have happened to me or anyone, when trying to secure cc processing services, which can be elusive at times. Jen worked on my app and for some reason something went wrong in every step of the process, but these obstacles were overcame one by one with Jennifer's help. Jennifer really took ownership of my case, she worked on it over the weekend and late into the evening a couple of times. She is an example of a professional who really cares (and shows it) for the service and the results her clients obtain.I would be surprised if she is not one of the very top in her field, easily top 5%.Great job Jennifer !!Rigo Ch.

Worst card service and customer service. Can't get any customer support and sales representative changing constantly. Been trying to get hold of them since beginning of November and still no answer.
