To be avoided! I tried to open an account online. When I called in to check on it's status I was told it was rejected because they were in the process of changing their online system, and as it was rejected I couldn't open an account there. The customer service rep was completely unsympathetic, and unhelpful. Rather than fording the application to a manager or other person for review/repair I was just told I couldn't have an account... because there were issues with their system. I wouldn't have felt bad if I wasn't bring money, or had bad credit....I always thought Credit Unions were about the people they were serving. I guess I will have to go back to my bank.
