What a horrible experience. I have never been hung up on by a professional until today with this horrible company. I was trying to help my mother make a payment and the lady on the phone played dumb. Then when I asked again, she hung up on me! Ridiculous! I waited over ten minutes to even talk to her and she does that I under two minutes. If I did that at my job, I'd be fired!!! You'll never get the processing fee, greedy company.

I have tried using Official Payments Corp. a number of times. They had me set up an account so that I could make utility payments when I was out of town for work. EVERY TIME, the password did not work the next time ... so I call and go through the phone jungle to talk to someone. They reset my password and ... yep, the next time it is invalid. They are a joke and I would NEVER trust them with a tax payment for gawds sake !!! Trust me, DO NOT GAMBLE with these idiots!

I can't believe this. I was charged twice the amount owed to the IRS, instead of once. Why does the IRS pick such a company for their service ? I feel like in a 3rd wold place sometimes. And I thought to pay by personal check and regret highly that I didn't. This company deserves NO STAR !
