Staff is extremely rude. Tried to deposit money to someone's account - they are in Florida and stuck in a damn hurricane - and were told they couldn't do it. Told us to drive across town and then the employee literally turned their back and walked away! Rudest customer service ever. I'm worried about a family member in the middle of a hurricane and not once ounce of compassion. We were told it was a 'member's only' branch and they wouldn't accept our cash deposit. I'd give negative 10 stars if I could!
