Paid my electricity bill via paytm only amout got deducted from my bank account but the electricity bill wasn't paid...on 23rd of july I paid electricity bill and today is 29th of August there is no response from paytm. Bank is clear from its side they gave me proof for that but the paytm contact centre gave me no reply ... Which was so unprofessional and irresponsible... Now am very very upset from this app and suggesting everyone not to pay any bill and any recharge with this app.
