We worked with Melody on our mortgage and she was so helpful and patient as we worked our way through the paperwork and a couple of setbacks. We were able to talk to her as needed and that was helpful. We finally got it done.Today I found that I seem to have lost my debit card and was helped by Edgar Baray-Medina. He was so pleasant and fun to talk to. He was very helpful and we got my card replaced very quickly, while assuring me that he was available at any time to answer questions if I had any. Both One Az banks that we have used in Prescott and Chino Valley have been very helpful with very pleasant employees.
