Feedback:
I received a pre-approval offer in the mail for $1600 and decided to apply. Agreed to a credit check since I was pre-approved. Then I was repreapproved? for $1400 and was even shown my rates. Ok. Then I provided the requested proof of income, identity and bank account and then was declined. Now I have no loan, a new inquiry on my credit reports and a lower credit score. I feel very misled and taken advantage of. Be aware that a pre-approval or even a repreapproval means nothing with this company. No telling what they're going to do with all the information I gave them based on this pre-approval. Contacted BBB and filed a complaint, we'll see where that goes.
