Comparing to other POS system this company and it's support from Boca Raton it's a real JOKE !, waste of time, MONEY and buggy software. Customer service is lousy because they are based out of a foreign country and they outsourced the call center with people that have no idea how the system works. technical support is non-existent and is only operated by one guy whose English cannot be understood and when you try to talk to a manager, the conversation gets lost due to ethnic rudeness of the staff. Their app is so buggy and if you need something you have to always pay. Sounds like their operation is based on ransomware. I would stay away from this 3rd world javascript software and out of this world company.
