We have had our business account and our personal account with 2 other banks...I have to say EVERYONE is absolutely amazing at the Prineville branch. We walk into the branch and each and everyone of the staff know our names and are never too busy to help us. Beth and Trish have been so amazing when we have ever needed a credit card and loan. They have an answer for you within 1 to 2 hours....yes hours not 3 to 5 business days like other banks in the area. I highly recommend if you are not a member...you need to become a member here. They are wonderful people to deal with....we NEVER have any hassles with our business account and let me tell you....that is huge when you run your own business.

I use Google Chrome as my browser. Should not be a problem logging into my account right? WRONG! I continually get 'login failed'. I have called them on this several times. I have tried to reset my password numerous times. They have tried resetting my password - nothing has worked. Their response? I should use another browser! Really???? So now I have to wait on hold to get questions answered on my car loan. I won't use this credit union again - waaaaaaaaaaay inconvenient!

Very helpful staff at this CU! I’m currently living in Prineville and I have had to use this credit union as a sister location to make deposits and withdrawals since my credit union is actually three hours away. It’s been very convenient and the family member I currently live with has been using this credit union for quite some time. The staff feels like family and they’re always warm and welcoming and even have appreciation customer days. We have seen them go above and beyond to help us with some of our legal paperwork and even the smaller details of the day today banking that needs to be done. If you want to good local CU, this is the one!

Oregonians has always helped my husband and I with all our banking needs. As well as helping use build our credit scores. Our car loans have been so easy to apply for with low interest rates. Very friendly employees that get to know their members making us feel at home while banking. I'm always greeted with a smile.
