Very good center, call to schedule an appointment and they served me excellent, very friendly reception people, what a shame that I can not say the same of the person who answered me in Spanish, although the center could not offer me the help I was looking for, the person was somewhat arrogant and sarcastic when it came to making sure he spoke Spanish.Despite my experience, I congratulate you for your excellent center.

This center is an exceptional resource for any small business owner or entrepreneur. For the most part the counselors are very in the know and experienced in what they do. I did however have a very negative encounter at the first of April when I made an appointment to visit the center. My prearranged appointment did not show up on the computer, even though I had made it several days before. The receptionist went into a back room and found someone who wasn't busy and could meet with me. I met with an older man in a conference room by the front desk. The minute I sat down the counselor started what I can only call an interrogation, demanding to know why I wanted to be in business, talking over the top of me, arguing with everything I said. He was arguing with all my decisions and in his own words he was trying to get me to tell him to shut up, and it would be months before we could even begin to talk about what I was there for. I stormed out in less than 20 minutes feeling angry and very humiliated. I went back in to talk to a manager about what had just happened, was told to just put it behind me and to sign up for a web development class that started at the end of April. She walked me out and personally made an appointment for me with a counselor I have worked with before, assuring me that the email notification had been sent. I never got the email and had to call back the next day when I was told that it had never been sent. I came to this center to learn about social media marketing. I left angry, humiliated, and shattered. I wanted help, I got humiliated. I wish I had just stayed home. Debbi Christiansen

Been a great resource for my brothers' startup company that I do finances for!!! They've provided a lot of accounting and legal resources! Invaluable resource! I wish the SBDC closer to the physical location of our business was half as helpful. We can't even get anyone there to answer their phone or email..

This is an AMAZING resource for anyone who wants to grow their business or who are just starting one. The counselors are very helpful and provide excellent information. They offer so many resources with their classes and counseling. Just an overall great environment!!!!

I am beyond grateful for the service they provide here. I had a dream to start my business and they helped guide me in the proper direction make that dream happen. They were that "push" for me and I will always remember it. Every now and then I still pop in for more advice/info and direction, and they are more than happy to help. Thanks you guys!

Great place with lots too offer the community. However not so easy to get a hold of anyone. Sometimes the front desk answers, but not much luck with anyone else in that building.
