Poor service. No one has knowledge like they have been there long.Unacceptable delays on new accounts. Slow transactions. Phone check deposits are not recommended. They put a hold on my account with only cash in it!!I’m closing mine ASAP

Employees lack training. Have problems at least once a month for the simplest stuff because they just don’t take care of what you ask or communicate in other departments within the bank to resolve the issue. Never had a single problem between USAA and NAVY FEDERAL to this day

I recently was in need of a money order and a notary seal and a copy of my driver's license. I thought I would be going from here to there and back again. Not... They did it all...! Just because I am a customer. Wow. Thanks Otero fed.

Whenever the weather in Alamogordo is bad my debit card will not work even though there is money in it, they "lost" one of my checks that I had tried to deposit and now it is nowhere to be found (according to them), they take 5+ minutes to answer the phone at any branch (call center included), and their staff is extremely rude. If you value your money at all, do NOT bank here.
