Overall Feedback:
I had no choice but to open an account at the Buzesti branch of the OTP Bank. It took more than two hours. Yes, hours, not minutes! I asked for a calling card for the employee that “handled” my data so that I would have an extra phone number for other issues and know when I can come to pick-up the card. I think I had a feeling they might arise. I have been calling them for two days straight on all of the numbers: listed on the website, also the number of the employee gave me (including the employee's "business/work" mobile number!!!!!), and all I can hear is the machine telling me that “this number does not exist”. The issue stands also for all of the contact phone numbers listed on the website or from the calling card. Zero stars for you, OTP Bank. Never again!
