Feedback:
They must not need any new clients... I went through the process of explaining my needs to a "Sales Consultant." He gave me the pitch I was expecting, I responded reiterating what it was exactly that I was looking for, which is outside of his pitch parameters I'm assuming. He said he would get with his team to review my website and get back to me to set up a conference call to talk process, pricing, etc. He set up a call, canceled the call that very morning asking if we could reschedule. I said yes, please provide dates and times of availability. He provided 1 day and time, I said I couldn't do it, and suggested another. I received no response at all, so a week later I randomly emailed him asking "Is it safe to assume that you do not want my business?" Another week later, I received the response apologizing and saying he is assuming I went with another company already. I told him I have not, but seems it is now time to do so.
