I have been here many times over the years and purchased too many items to list. I have enjoyed each and every one of my visits! Carmen and Glen Jr are two of my favorites there. They make you feel like family. Honest, courteous, genuine, fun, l could go on and on. And if you are a repeat customer you will get an invitation to the finest Christmas party in Reno where you mingle with staff and the owner, who by the way is one of the finest lady's that l have had the pleasure of meeting!Palace is the most honest and fair shop in Reno and would never buy from any other!Sincerely, Bud lnfield

DO NOT GO HERE! They are running a total scam. I brought in an item to sell and the guy offered me 75$. I then brought the item back to do the deal at the original price, only for him to tell me he is only willing to pay 40$ now. I sold the item the next day on Craigslist for more than 150$, proving they are just greedy scam artists. I recommend metro pawn in sparks if you need to pawn something.

When I did go to palace i didn't get treated bad. Very helpful staff. Will be going back I have been back to palace since and I still get the fantastic, very pleasant customer service from all the staff. The staff @ palace is wonderful. If you need a pawnshop in Reno,NV go to PALACE JEWELRY & LOAN.

Barry Johnson (BJ) is the service person who assisted me with my items. He was very professional, thorough, and detail oriented. He took time to explain procedures that I was unfamiliar with and he was very friendly giving me a since of calm. He was easy to talk to; and it was easy to understand the instructions / procedures as he explained them to me. My experience with this service person made me very glad I selected Palace Jewelry and loan.
