Feedback:
Bad experience from day one not what I expected. They placed holds on my checks the atm only worked on time out of different weekends when really needed $ and the one time it did work I got all five dollar bills even with 50,000in one account they placed a hold on a small check in my personal account it seems like they look for reasons cause overdrafts for their benifits.
Feedback:
Always professional, tellers nice and proficient. Good experience all round.

Trying to call a location all the location numbers go to the call center why have all the location losing if you can't call them. The one in Lexington had a irrigation water line broke and it's flooding my parking lot but i can't call them to tell them because they don't have a phone number you can reach them at so have fun paying the water bill and damage bill

Feedback:
Ive never seen a more b.s. bank on gods earth and I WASNT EVEN THE CUSTOMER. We had to pay off something today and my friend didnt have enough money so I went in to pay the rest, then they would not take ANY Mastercards debit or credit at all which are all I had so I went home to get my PREROLLED coins that they then wouldnt take and had to be put through a machine which charged a processing fee which I then had to dig for more change for. Save yourself some time and get yourself a real bank instead of going to this joke factory.

I have a small business with superb credit of over 318. I was told that if I needed to deposit more than 5 checks per deposit ticket that I had to come into the branch to deposit and not utilize the drive-thru. But, if I had my deposit broken up into several deposit tickets of no more than 5 checks per ticket, then I could utilize drive-thru. Ok, so hold on, I can just put 5 checks on each deposit ticket and make the teller do even more work than putting all the checks on one deposit ticket??! StupidI got a credit card to use for my business with a 5k limit. (I set it up with the PCU to have it automatically paid off IN FULL every month.) I was fine with a 5k limit for the first year. Business has grown and I went in to get my credit limit raised. (I had several thousands over 5k in my account) and was refused the increase. What business can operate with only a 5k limit on a credit card?? That is paid off, in full, EVERY month! I have perfect credit. My business has been in operation for over 10 years. Ummmmmm This bank makes me feel like a bad business owner with horrible credit. Maybe they just arent set up to help businesses operate. I am gonna move back to my old bank - where I had a 10k credit card limit. The tellers in this bank are very friendly. I have had great service. It's just not suiting my small business needs.
