Despite being a small community based bank, Bill Burke - and his team at Paradise Bank - provide a number of "big bank" services to their customers. I am especially impressed at their SBA or Small Business Administration loan ability. Five stars! Excellent customer service, a "small bank" feel, low fees compared to the "big" banks, plenty of parking and comfortable banking accommodations, Paradise Bank provides it all. Best local bank, actually best bank I've ever been to. Customer service is 6 stars not 5. No stupid fees, only $15 wires (no charge on way in) and free ice cream!!! Why bank anywhere else

Most personal and outstanding bank I have ever dealt with.One word, EXCELLENT. Do yourself a favor ,and follow the advice a Billionaire gave me at Thanksgiving Lunch , dump your big bank who treats you like a number , and go to a personal bank, and you wont get better than Paradise Bank.

Not everyone's bank. I went to ask to open an account for a small business and the teller was looking down to me, talked to me like my business was not welcome (new start up).Well there is a lot of choice for banking so I brought my money and business somewhere else.Too bad, I liked the name of this bank.
